Ava Labs and Gamestarter Join Forces to Revolutionize Blockchain Gaming
Ava Labs, the company behind the Avalanche network, has partnered with Gamestarter, a blockchain gaming ecosystem. This alliance aims to launch GameChain, a new Layer-1 platform running on Avalanche.
GameChain promises to simplify the operation and development of blockchain-based games, opening up new possibilities for creators and gaming enthusiasts.
Ava Labs and Gamestarter Will Create Gaming Blockchain
The partnership between Ava Labs and Gamestarter will introduce a seamless integration of blockchain technology for developers through an intuitive SDK and cross-bridge functionality. According to documentation, GameChain will feature a few innovative tools such as GameID, providing a unified login system; GameSocial, serving as a community engagement platform; GameHub, acting as the game launcher app; and GameScan, offering a pioneering “anti-ramp” AI-based solution.
This suite of tools aims to enhance the player experience significantly. Features like assigning Web3 wallets to game accounts across platforms, from PlayStation to Discord, will enhance integration. Fostering community participation through GameSocial will create a more engaging gaming environment.

“Gamestarter’s mission remains to provide high-quality gaming experiences to the Web3 industry, with a strong commitment to delivering a robust stream of content. There are already more than 50 games in the pipeline to launch on the platform, along with the three games being developed at GGXYZ, Gamestarter’s development hub: the battle royale OverTrip, the MMORPG Dark Frontiers, and the mobile game Pixel Pix,” Avalanche explained.
Ava Labs and Gamestarter are entering a blockchain gaming market that has seen significant growth. The market has expanded by 10.2%, boasting a market capitalization of $27.23 billion and a daily trading volume of $2.7 billion. Leading gaming tokens, including Immutable (IMX), Gala, Axie Infinity (AXS), MultiversX, The Sandbox, Decentraland, and ApeCoin, have shown impressive growth ranging from 3% to 31%.

Following the announcement, Avalanche’s native token AVAX surged over 10%, reaching $39.37. Over the past week, the asset has risen by 21.28%, with its market capitalization now standing at $15.10 billion.
